How often it needs renewing
Paediatric First Aid certificates are typically valid for three years, after which a refresher course is required — procedures and guidance are periodically updated, so this isn’t just a formality.

Some agencies treat First Aid as a «nice to have.» We don’t. Every nanny we place — full-time, part-time, or nanny share — holds current Paediatric First Aid training before we introduce them to a family.
